Yes, we offer direct billing whenever possible. Some benefit policies/plans are restricted where direct billing isn't an option. 

Although direct billing may not be available for some services, they can still be submitted for insurance claims by the insured member.

Dieticians are covered by insurance. Nutritionist is not covered by insurance. 


No. The only time you would need a doctor's referral is if your benefits plan requires one. Then, you would need one note per year.


Yes, we offer virtual services for nutrition counselling and for initial psychotherapy consultation meet and greet.


The cost for a visit at Haven Wellness varies depending on the type of appointment and services provided. Please check out our booking site.


Yes, we do.


Bring loose, comfortable clothing and make sure that the injured area is easily accessible.

  • If your injury is on the collarbone, shoulder, or arm bring a t-shirt or tank top.
  • If your injury lies below the waist bring a pair of shorts.


Initial Appointment means First Appointment for that specific Treatment Category. If available, it must be booked before any Follow-Up appointment in the respective category.


You have until 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to reschedule or modify your appointments online or by phone. Fees will be waived if the appointment slot is filled. 


In most cases, we can check eligibility however we encourage you to check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
